Set up and clean up must be completed within the rental timeframe.

Black Wall Street Biker Rally (May 14-16)

Memorial Day (The Friday, Saturday, & Sunday prior to)

Juneteenth (June 19-20)

Labor Day (The Friday, Saturday, & Sunday prior to)

Thanksgiving (AND the following Friday & Saturday)

Christmas (AND the following Saturday)

2027 Holiday Weekends:

MLK Day (AND the Friday, Saturday, & Sunday prior to)

A 50% holding deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied toward the total balance.

The remaining balance and a $300 refundable security deposit are due two weeks prior to the event date.

Requires alcohol package.
